Mr. Weiguo Zhao founded N5Capital in 2013. Before that, he served as a founding partner at Ceyuan Ventures. With nearly two decades of experience in investment, he has developed a keen understanding of investment strategies and fund management.

Mr. Zhao has made investments in a variety of leading enterprises, including Western Minerals, Jiayuan.com, Hanwang Technology, Venus Tech, Qihoo 360, and UC. His efforts have culminated in over 10 successful IPOs within his investment portfolio.

Mr. Zhao holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Xi’an Electronic Science & Technology and further enhanced his credentials by obtaining an MBA from Tsinghua University.

Mr. Yiwei Jiang co-founded N5Capital in 2013. Prior to that, he worked at Dell and BlackBerry, and he later served as a Chief Strategy Officer at a domestic internet startup, Net Qin Mobile. He possesses extensive background in corporate sector.

Mr. Yiwei Jiang graduated from the University of Waterloo with a bachelor’s degree.

Ms. Karen Liu co-founded N5 Capital in 2012. Prior to her role at N5 Capital, she worked at Ceyuan Ventures, where she was responsible for fund reporting and operations.

Ms. Liu holds a Master’s degree from Beijing Foreign Studies University.

Xiyue Ma joined N5Capital in 2025.She is based in Beijing office and responsible for USD Fund financial management, including the overall accounting and reporting of the fund, the withdrawal and calculation of fund projects, and other related tasks.

Prior to joining N5Capital，Xiyue Ma served as a senior financial manager at Tianyi Capital and a financial manager at Sinovation Ventures, responsible for the financial and tax management of both RMB and USD funds, fund operations, and investor relations. She was deeply involved in fund raising, fund liquidation and project incubation.

Xiyue Ma received her B.A. in Business Administration from the Central University of Finance and Economics and is currently pursuing an MPA degree at Beihang University.

Mr. Kaswell Qiao joined N5Capital’s Beijing office in 2021. He is responsible for legal and regulatory compliance.

Prior to joining N5Capital, Mr. Kaswell Qiao worked at Jingtian & Gongcheng Law Firm, and he mainly focused on the fields of merges & acquisitions, private equity fund investments, and general corporate matters. Mr. Kaswell Qiao has been admitted to practice law in the State of New York, U.S.

Mr. Kaswell Qiao received his Bachelor’s degree from China University of Political Science and Law, and then received his Master’s degree from Boston University School of Law.
